Membership

You or your company choose to go “above and beyond” to ensure that the commercial, residential, and retail real estate industry has the means to engage in the political process at the highest level and will include a voice in shaping the policy and strategic vision of the Association.  Includes special recognition for contribution.  The annual contribution at this level begins at $25,000.

You or your company choose to engage in the political process at a very high level to defend the residential, commercial, and retail real estate industry.  Includes special recognition for contribution.  The annual contribution at this level begins at $10,000.

These are companies or individuals who choose to play a larger role to assure the industry has the means to engage in the political process.  The annual contribution at this level is $5,000.

This group reflects the smaller size company conducting activity in Washington. A large portion of our membership is in this range because it involves full participation at all levels of Association programs.  The annual contribution at this level is $2,500.

This group represents companies who are involved in the industry and wish to be kept informed, involved, and represented.  Associate Members receive all updates from the Association and are invited to attend all meetings and functions.  This membership level does not have committee or voting rights in the Association.  The annual contribution at this level is $1,000.

While you are running your business and being productive, the WBPA will keep you informed of the latest happening in commercial, residential, and retail real estate and property rights in Washington State.  Supporting Members receive all updates from the Association, as well as the Quarterly Newsletter, and receive discounted membership pricing for all WBPA events.  This membership level does not have committee or voting rights in the Association.  The annual contribution at this level is $250.

These members represent individuals who are involved in the industry and wish to be kept informed, involved, and represented.  Community Leader Members receive all updates from the Association and are invited to attend all meetings and functions.  This membership level does not have committee or voting rights in the Association.  The annual contribution at this level is $1,000.
