Join the Washington Real Estate Coalition (WREC) as we prepare for the 2027 Legislative Session. WBPA is hosting this year's meeting of real estate organizations from across Washington State to share legislative priorities, coordinate, and resolve potential conflicts before we take our issues to lawmakers.
Special guest: Representative Andrew Barkis has been invited to join us for the second half of the meeting to discuss 2027 real estate priorities.

- Welcome and introductions
- A look back at the 2026 session
- Energy costs and grid capacity: utility rate increases and their impact on real estate
- Post-election outlook and 2027 real estate priorities with Representative Andrew Barkis (invited, about 11:00 a.m.)
- Each organization's 2027 legislative priorities
- How we can coordinate for the greatest impact

Building access: Entry to the elevators requires a QR code issued in advance by building staff. Please register with your name and email by Friday, November 13 to receive yours. Paid parking is available at the building.
About WREC: Since 1996, the Coalition has brought together real estate organizations across Washington State. There are no dues, officers, or by-laws, just a shared commitment to the industry.
