Legal Defense

The WBPA exists to protect, defend, and advocate for property rights across Washington State, and when necessary uses legal action to do so.

The WBPA is Washington state’s only legal organization dedicated to protecting, defending, and advocating for property rights.

Our litigators partner closely with WBPA’s government affairs and advocacy leaders to fight against unconstitutional takings of property, unlawful regulations that prevent owners from maximizing the use of their properties, and the erosion of property rights.
