Dear Capital Gains Tax Seminar registrant,
Due to unforeseen circumstances, former Attorney General Rob McKenna will be unable to join us on Thursday, December 16, 2021, for our planned Capital Gains Litigation update. Mr. McKenna was unexpectedly required to return to Washington D.C. He expressed his sincere apologies for not being able to join us. We understand. It is our sincere hope that Attorney General McKenna will join us in January at a date and time to be determined. Please check your inbox for future seminar details including dates and time. All of us at the WBPA regret that this situation has developed; however, as we all know, life sometimes throws us a curveball. We look forward to spending some time with Rob on a future date.

Our Session will continue with presentations by Kevin Wallace, President – Wallace Properties and President of the Washington Business Properties Association, who will provide a summary of WBPA activities over the past year and introduce Chester Baldwin, JD, Executive Director of the WBPA, who will identify the legislative strategies that will be the focus of the WBPA in the upcoming 2022 legislative session.
