STG Specialty Tax Group is a full service boutique tax centric provider that performs quality engineer based studies that validate Accelerated Depreciation Expense from Cost Segregation, EPAct 179D/45L Energy Efficiency Tax Deductions, and R&D Tax Credits. Our studies meet the criteria for a "quality" Cost Segregation Study, as defined in the IRS Cost Segregation Audit Techniques Guide. You can be confident of the defensibility of our study results. We primarily want to partner with Commercial Property Owners and their CPA's. Secondarily Commercial Lenders and Commercial Real Estate Brokers, & Financial Advisors and/or Planners. Essentially we partner with all providers of the Commercial Property Owners to complement their book of business.
