WBPA Weighs In on Bellevue Zoning Proposal

Recently the Washington Business Properties Association had the opportunity to comment on the Draft Sidewalk and Utilities Easements Director's Rule that will be considered by the City of Bellevue later this month. We worked in partnership with the Bellevue Chamber to coordinate a message strongly objecting to the frequent overreaching by city officials when creating restrictions and requirements for new developments. We hope the city will carefully consider our comments and work with us to find a solution that does not further hinder the development of business and residential spaces in the City of Bellevue.
