Biden Administration Issues New Eviction Moratorium

For your general information, please see the following The Wall Street Journal and CNN articles as they relate to a new Federal Eviction Moratorium. The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) issued a new 60-day eviction moratorium which applies to areas in the nation with high transmission of Covid-19 cases.
The order will apply to approximately 80% of U.S. counties that have substantial or high COVID-19 community transmission rates and covers about 90% of the U.S. population.
The new moratorium will last until Sunday October 3.
